Comic book scripts are mostly just notes passed from the write to the artist. I've seen many different ways of writing them.

You want to be real descriptive but let the artist have freedoms. There is no set formula or anything. Some writers sketch the panels out on page and then just hand them to the artist and ask them to go from there, but that only works if you can sketch okay.

I try to just read scripts when ever I can, some comics have them in the back and you can always buy books like Panel One, which display scripts for your studying pleasure.
